When Chef Lauren suggested "Cauliflower Falafel" we had to take a second to think about how that would translate. And boy oh boy did it translate! This new dish featured three delicious helpings of legume-free, Whole30 compliant "falafel" made from a handful of plant-based ingredients. We served it with our creamy "Tahini Beet Root Puree" and it was spectacular. It's our recipe of the week so that means you can make it for yourself at home! Love ya B. 

We had a blast listening to our beloved "Wedding Jams" playlist on Saturday night and I ate more bacon than anyone should have in one 24-hour period but YOLO.
