This Week in the Model Meals Kitchen

What an eventful week at the Model Meals kitchen. This was the first week of our new menu format that features all "One and Done" meals. We hope you like the changes we've made. We'll be 2 years old in August so we're really able to take your feedback and make some great changes. 
I spent some of the day at Ekam Yoga providing Model Meals samples to guests who came out in support of Sexual Assault Awareness Month. TinySOS put on a great event and I was so proud of my friend Heather Whitaker for telling her story with such bravery. I served our Sonoma Chicken Salad and our Vegetable Fried Rice and the guests were crazy for it.
Saturday was a long and busy packing day. Chef Tony, Chef Paul, Janell, and myself managed to slip away for a little meeting of the minds in the afternoon. We have so many exciting things on the horizon so it's important that our management team is all on the same page. If Apple wants us to model for their next MacBook launch, we're not opposed.
