This week, our head chefs, Tony and Paul, took a trip to Weiser Family Farms to meet with farmer extraordinaire, Alexander Weiser. We get our gorgeous potatoes and sweet potatoes from Weiser Farms (and other produce too). It's incredibly important for us to know where our ingredients are coming from and we are forever grateful that our kitchen is located not too far from so many local, family farms.
