We're loving all of the winter root vegetables we're getting to play with during this season. That really is the most fun part about building our menus! We get a list of what's available at our farmer's market and build our meals accordingly. It's amazing that artificial food products are so prevalent when mother nature gives us so much variety naturally. It was once again our biggest week yet and we quickly rose to the challenge. Our new dish "Cajun Shrimp with Butternut Squash" was our recipe of the week and it is a new favorite for sure.
