Hey there, Whole Mamas team! We’re big fans of yours here at Model Meals. Obviously we know about your organization, but for those who don’t, can you share with us what Whole Mamas is about and who this community is intended for?
Whole Mamas is devoted to supporting women in all stages of motherhood. We know how hard it can be to find reliable information to gracefully navigate the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of all stages of motherhood. Our goal is to help our community be confident in their choices so they can spend more time enjoying life and their families. We work with registered dietitians, pediatricians, lactation consultants, doctors, midwives, and doulas so that our community is equipped to thrive and help their family thrive. Whole Mamas is community-driven, meaning we create resources based on the questions and concerns that are important to our mamas.
The holidays are a busy time of year for any parent. We know it can feel hard to put ourselves and our health first during hectic times. We would love to hear the Whole Mamas perspective on navigating the holidays!
Stress can come at us from all angles during the holidays. We know that many of the mamas in our community are health conscious when it comes to nutrition, so we wrote a few articles on how to navigate all the holiday food with your kids.
