This Lettuce-Wrapped Chicken Burger isn't for the minimalist, though, with its patty packed full of super tasty ingredients that you probably already have stocked in your pantry. And the best part? No scary fillers. Just scary good.

But the star of the show can't do a solo act. This burger needs an accomplice! Just like Batman to Robin, or Kingsley to Danika, this Chicken Burger needs something to compliment it and support it. And that is where our super creamy, cool, too-good-to-be-true Cool Ranch sauce comes in. It's what dairy-free dreams are made of.

This Cool Ranch isn't just a great topping for a burger. Use it as a dipping sauce for veggies or a salad dressing. You'll want to dunk everything in this bad boy. On second thought, please don't dunk ~everything~ in Cool Ranch.

So call your squad, fire up the grill, and serve these Chicken Burgers for a tasty barbecue. Say goodbye to days of burger patties with additives and refined flour buns! One bite into this juicy number and you'll never look back.
Makes 6 burger patties
*use organic ingredients whenever possible*
1.5 lbs ground chicken
2.5 tablespoons nut or seed butter
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
salt to taste
6 tomato slices
6 lettuce leaves
Cool Ranch Ingredients - Makes 1.5 cups
*use organic ingredients whenever possible*
3/4 cup diced cucumber
1 cup Primal Kitchen Mayo or any Whole 30 Compliant mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon minced fresh dill
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1.5 tablespoons onion powder
1.5 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Mix all of the Cool Ranch ingredients together, and blend using a high-speed blender or immersion blender. Set aside in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Mix all burger ingredients in a bowl. Form 6 patties. Place patties on grill or sauté pan over medium heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Place burger on lettuce leaf, top with tomato slices and Cool Ranch sauce. Enjoy!
