It's strawberry season! Summer is a great time of year for produce - with so many fruits and veggies in season, it'd be a shame to not fill up your salad bowl while they are at their tastiest.
So why not use the strawberry to spice up your salad dressing as well? After all, finding a Whole 30 compliant salad dressing at the grocery store is not exactly easy.
Whip up a batch of this strawberry vinaigrette and keep it in your fridge to add some pizzazz to your salad! Drizzle it on some chopped chicken, a bed of spinach, and if you have a little extra, the cute guy tanning by your apartment's pool.
Making my own dressings was a game changer for my Whole 30 journey, and I hope this recipe does the same for you!
