Our Pastured Pork Thai Lettuce Wraps with Macadamia Lime Sauce are bursting with flavor and are sure to become one of your new favorite recipes. So quick and easy to make, this recipe makes for the perfect weeknight dinner!

Whole30 Recipes to the Rescue

Serves 2

*use organic and pasture-raised ingredients whenever possible*

FOR THE PORK

  • ½ Pound Ground Pork
  • ½ tsp Lemon Grass, Minced
  • 1 tsp Coconut Aminos
  • ¼ tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Fish Sauce
  • ½ tsp Lime Juice
  • ¼ tsp Fresh Ginger, Minced
  • ½ tsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt

FOR THE SAUCE

  • ¼ Cup Raw Macadamia Nuts
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger, Minced
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil

FOR SERVING AND GARNISH

  • Butter Lettuce Leaves
  • Thinly Sliced Carrots
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Thai Basil 
  • Cashews
  • Coconut Flakes

Directions for the Pork

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add pork to skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently
  3. Meanwhile, add all remaining ingredients into a small bowl and whisk to combine
  4. Pour mixture into skillet with pork and stir to combine
  5. Continue cooking on medium-high heat until pork is cooked through and most of the liquid had reduced

Directions for the Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender 
  2. Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved 

To Serve

  1. Scoop pork into butter lettuce cups
  2. Top with desired garnishes
  3. Enjoy!
