We've compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions pertaining to our Whole30 packages:

Q) How do I find the code to get the special package price for January Whole30 meal packages?

  • The discount codes for each package are as follows (apply the appropriate code at checkout to save!):
60-meal packageJAN60MEALS

Q) How many packages can I purchase?

  • There is no limit on how many packages you can purchase, so feel free to gift your loved ones the ultimate New Year’s present of a January Whole30 Package from Model Meals.

Q) If I purchase multiple packages, can I use them consecutively?

  • Yes. If you purchase more than one package, your codes will stay active until your balance runs out.

Q) What if I miss a week or can’t start right away?

  • Starting late? No problem. Although we’d love to have you with us January 1st, we get it. If you start later or miss a week, your credit still belongs to you. We do encourage all customers to use their credit during January Whole30, but you will still be able to purchase meals using your code after the month of January if you are left with a remaining balance.

Q) If there is a week that I can’t order 2/3 meals a day, will I lose money?

  • No. Your credit is yours once you purchase a January Whole30 Package.

Q) Does my package credit expire?

  • No. You keep the value even if you have some left at the end of January. You can use it to keep the Whole30 lifestyle going with Model Meals.

Q) Can this be purchased now and used another month?

  • You can do this, but we are super excited to have you along for our January Whole30. We encourage use during that month, but understand if that’s not possible.

Q) Once purchased, how will I receive the package and how do I use or apply it?

  • Once purchased, you will immediately get a code that will serve as your credit. Apply this code each time you checkout and your balance will be adjusted accordingly after each order.

Q) Once purchased, are meals automatically sent? Do you order for me?

  • Once purchased, each customer is responsible for placing their meal orders for each week. New menus go live at noon each Tuesday and you can order here. For those that may not be able to order for themselves, we can make special arrangements. Please email info@modelmeals.com to explore this accommodation.  

Q) What if I just paid with my CC for next week’s January Whole30 delivery - when the Whole30 program starts? Do you refund me and apply the gift card?

  • We won’t be able to refund you, however, you will still be able to use your credit once January Whole30 is over if you still have a balance. This can be a great tool if you are doing the recommended reintroduction.

Q) Are you offering this next month? When are you offering it again?

  • This promotional deal is active until January 15th, 2019. Our next guaranteed package deals are scheduled for August, 2019.

Q) Does the delivery fee take away from 60/90 meals? Why am I being charged a delivery fee if this is for meals only?

  • These packages are titled based on estimated meal value, but they still are technically a credit with Model Meals once purchased. Customers get free delivery when they purchase over $150 dollars worth of meals for the week. This is easy to do when on a Whole30. Our minimum for delivery is $40 per delivery day. To receive a delivery, you must order at least $40 for each delivery day (not a total order of $40 between both days). If you order for both days under $150, you only pay delivery once. If the order is over $150, you will get free delivery. For further info, please review our Shipping Policy.

Q) When will I get my magnet, journal and/or an invite to Danika’s group?

  • You will receive your tangible items (magnet/journal) within your first two orders (while supplies last). You will receive your invite to Danika’s Group before January 1st (if you purchased before that date.) If you purchased after, you will get access within 24-48 hours.

Q) What if I don't want to order on my own?

  • If you are unable to place orders, please contact info@modelmeals.com to explore potential accommodations.

Q) You just removed the offer from your website - can I still buy it?

  • Unfortunately, this is a limited time offer and once it’s gone, it’s gone. You can still join us on January Whole30 by purchasing regularly priced meals and make sure to add yourself to our email list to get the latest Model Meals deals next time.
